Why does the E-Tile transceiver PHY IP get zero eye height in some cases?

We have tested many devices and only a few environments where the Eye Height value is 0 for 2.5G read and the data is normally sent and received. This causes a lot of problems.

So, I would like to ask what causes this phenomenon. Is there any solution?

    May I know that your TTK using which Quartus version?

    Hi Zi Ying,

    it's Quartus Prime Version 20.1.0.

    But we don't use TTK to get the eye height, we use attribute code to get it.

      I do not have the conditions to use TTK to get eye height, maybe I need to think about other ways.
