What USB Phy would bolt up to a CAST CUSB core?

I need a USB 1.1 end point PHY to connect to the CAST core http://www.altera.com/products/ip/iup/usb/m-cas-cusb.html or the SLS core http://www.altera.com/products/ip/iup/usb/m-sls-usb.html

The SLS USB 1.1 Device IP may use either the Fairchild USB1T11AM or Micrel MIC2551A-2.5 PHY chips.
