Want to use DSP Builder 11.0 on DSP Cyclone III Developmentboard

Hello,

I have bought the DSP Cyclone III Developmentboard (DK-DSP-3C120N-0D) on 16 March 2011 with serialnumber; 3C120SPxxxx.

The activated software is only working on DSP-Builder 8.0

Do I need a new license to activate it on DSP Builder 11.0 and if so what are the costs to get e new license for DSP-Builder 11.0 for my DSP Cyclone III developmentboard ?

I want to use it with Matlab and Simulink version 2010a/b
