Thermal resistance value of 10M50DAF256I7G

Hi,

I would like to know thermal resistance for 10M50DAF256I7G

The resistance value for the junction to case θJC C/W

The resistance value for the junction to base θJB C/W

The resistance value for the junction to air θJA C/W

We are using this FBGA-256 for some projects.

To run the thermal simulation I need that value.

Kindly please let me know if you have any information.

The datasheet is attached herewith.
