SDRAM Controller simulation

I need to use an SDRAM Controller in my design and I don't know how to simulate the design. At the moment it's not known which SDRAM will be used. So how can I simulate my design with the SDRA...

There are some good SDRAM simulation models available on the micron website.

Just navigate to the prouct page that you best suits your need and there should be a download link to a Verilog model (VHDL In some case I believe)
