question about vip in the SOPC Builder?

After I installed the Quartus II 7.2 sp3+MegaCore IP Library,some of Ips such as the DDR are found in the sopc builder,but the VIP(the Video and Image Processing suite) related ips is disappear!What ...

I used the another pc to install the quartus with vip,but it's the same problem.
