programming return errors without SmartVID PMBus connection to S10

I have a board populated with Stratix 10 1SG085HN3F43E1VG

Device programming return errors. We found out that we have SmartVID device and a Fixed Voltage Power Supply without PMbus conection to S10.

Is any chance to run SmartVID device on this board?

    Hi! I don't have the Intel Premier support Yet. And I have a programming issue to program the Stratix 10 using JTAG and the AVST x16. I am not sure that is the smartVID PMBus connection to cause the problem.

RSree Below is the error messge we get using the JTAG to program the stratix 10 During downloading .sof to the FPGA through this blaster , there is an error message : at the 1st time after power up : Info (19848) : Regular SEU info => 53 sector(s), 4 thread(s), 31500 interval time in microsecond(s) Info (19848) : Design hash is 2F4FC0AF133B89A9FFF906CAF0085E3600000000000000000000000000000000 Info (209060) : Started Programmer operation at Tue Oct 15 10:59:42 2019 Info (18942) : Configuring device index 1 Error (18950) : Device has stopped receiving configuration data Error (18948) : Error message received from device: Device is in configuration state. Error (209012) : Operation failed Info (209061) : Ended Programmer operation at Tue Oct 15 11:00:01 2019 without power down , we start again , this time the message is slightly different : Info (19848) : Regular SEU info => 53 sector(s), 4 thread(s), 31500 interval time in microsecond(s) Info (19848) : Design hash is 2F4FC0AF133B89A9FFF906CAF0085E3600000000000000000000000000000000 Info (209060) : Started Programmer operation at Tue Oct 15 10:56:58 2019 Info (18942) : Configuring device index 1 Error (18952) : Error status: Device does not accept configuration request Error (209012) : Operation failed Info (209061) : Ended Programmer operation at Tue Oct 15 10:57:06 2019 I also found the article the people has a problem to program the S10 without the PMbus to S10. So that why I doubt about the PMbus connection to S10. Regards Colin
