Problem trying to use IP evaluations

I am having a problem trying to access IP cores from the open core IP evaluation web download.

I try opening up a core using megawizard in Quartus and can select the core and give it a name but when I hit next the window for the core comes up and instantly dissapears. It seems to be a java related problem because I get a hs_err_pidxxx.log with all kinds of java debug stuff in it.

I tried re-installing the ip cores with no success.
