PCI Lite

I'm using the Altera PCI CycloneII board to check out the PCI_Lite Core. This board works fine with the factory design. So there is no problem with the Hardware.

My SOPC system has the PCI_Lite, a DMA modules, and one on-chip RAM. I enabled the Master/target mode, and the prefetched BAR plus the non-prefetch BAR.

I tried to boot-up the computer with the default deviceID, vendorID, class code, etc, but the computer did not recognized the card.

Then I tried to modify the VendorID, DeviceID, but the GUI would not take any changes. If the GUI does not take new values, how does one modify these fields?

Is there an example, of how to set up this Core so that a PC can at least recognized that the card is in? What about standard values?
