PCI lite

Hello,

beginning from Quartus II Version 8.0 there is a new PCI IP called PCI lite which I am interested in.

- Is this IP free of charge?

- By now only Verilog simulation files are supported. Is it planned to extend the support to VHDL in the future? If yes: What's the timeline?
