Can you please let me know the status (ACTIVE/DISCONTINUED) of below part number.

    That part is an Intel UV EPROM 32kx8 from the 1980s.
    It is certainly not any type of FPGA.
    Do you not know how to use google or other internet search engines?
    Datasheet attached.
    Obsolete.
