MSIx Capability registers and TPH capability Registers.

Question

Not on Avalon MM Interface, how I can access the MSIx Capability registers and TPH capability Registers of "AvalonMM Startix10 PCIe HardIP+" in such a way that they need to be used in my RTL. Please let me know as this is very urgent.
