IP to TDM core

Question

Hello!

We are going to design AMC communication controller compatible with specification SFP.1. Protocol (I-TDM) multiplexing TDM packets into Internet Protocol (IP) packets for transport through Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) GMII serial fabric interfaces we are going to do in FPGA CycloneII.

Has anybody done it? Have any you documentations, applications, link in net with detail description? May be Altera has IP-TDM core? I cannot find it core in Altera site?
