IBIS AMI model request

Hi, I am trying to get a NDA in place so I can request IBIS-AMI models for the Arria 10. But I don't even see a way to request that. Is this really the way to get in touch with Altera/Intel corpo...

@AqidAyman_Intel I guess I don't know how to enter a request for the CNDA, I tried a couple of ways.

This website is terrible - can you please just tell me how to do it?

I did get this email - which might be related:

We appreciate your interest in Intel's Developer Zone, however, upon review of your application we regret to inform you that your request for a Premier Account has been declined.

Awful customer experience - literally the worst I have had among any major silicon company.
