I would like to use the ROM 1-Port IP with Quartus lite. Is there any cost for this IP?

Background: I am trying to load a bunch of constants to ROM so that they can be used as a look up table. Id prefer not to use external ROM. Im working on a MAX10 DE10-Lite board
