How can I tell if an Intel Quartus II IP core is free to use, or needs a license? Is there a reason why this obvious and vital piece of information is missing from the IP user guides?

Intel provides 'Evaluation mode' feature to use Intel`s Quartus tool as well as IPs for initial 30 days for free of cost, here user will have time limited programming files but once this period is over user needs to purchase the license for Quartus & IP as well & that status you can check in IP core summary report,
