Hi,

I tested the GTS example design generated from the IP in 22.x and 25.x. Both of them passed successfully. 

For you issue, I could think of some ways to find possible reasons:

1) You may want to check the license of the tool. 

2) Try to clean the simulation libraries and run it fresh.

3) Recheck the scripts, if any. See if all the required files are added properly. The script generated with the IP may be useful for reference.

 

Let us know what you find for each of the above points.
