EPCQ16ASI8N marking
Hi TVC-Luan,
Below are the marking specs for EPCQA:
Line 1: Logo (Altera)
Line 2: Device Name (For this device: EPCQ16A)
Line 3: Datecode (YYWW)
*YY=last two digits of the year
*WW= workweek
Sorry to tell you that we do not have the document for EPCQ marking. The best reference available is PCN0514, which provides a marking decoder for EPCS devices. You can find it here as reference: https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/pcn/pcn0514.pdf

Hi Fakhrul,
Thanks for your info, However it seems obsolete, I am sure Intel/Altera has changed the marking format for EPCQ, otherwise the parts we bought are fake.

Hi,
the photos in initial post are apparently showing bottom side marking which are probably additional production info but not specified in any document. What is top side marking of the respective parts?- TVC-Luan1 year ago

Sorry I didn't say clearly, it is bottom side marking. After checking top marking according to the reference guide below, I have understood that the parts we purchased are of the correct top marking.
Thanks for all!
