Do I need to instantiate traffic generators separately after I set the "Use Configurable Avalon Traffic Generator 2.0" in the Diagnostic tab? If yes! where do I get these from? I simply cannot figure this out from any of the Altera documentation. I am using Quartus Prime 16.1. Thank you. Best regards, Sanjay
Honored ContributorThe traffic generator is included if you enable the option to include it when you generate the example design from the EMIF parameter editor. The EMIF toolkit will use it if you enable the option you mention. You can also manually add the traffic generator to a design as an IP in Qsys.
