DSP Builder Installation Problem

im using matlab 7.4.0 (im not sure which version was it but i think its pretty old) with quartus ii 7.2sp3 and dsp builder ii 7.2 sp3. when install the dsp builder i have the following message appea...

Are you saying you ran the sGeneric command twice and it printed different error messages?
