DMA Controller read address should not increment

I've got the RCON (do not increment) bit set for my DMA transaction, but the read address generated by the DMA is incrementing anyway. The DMA transfers are good, and I've verified the data I'm writing to the control register. Has anybody come across this issue?

(DMA Controller Core IP, Quartus 12.0, QSys, Stratix IV GX on a Terasic DE4 board.)
