Design example won't open

Hi,

I'm trying to open the "UART RS-232 Maximum Baud Rate Reference Design" from the Design Store (CV_SOC_UART.PAR) but I keep getting the following message: "design template installation failed". I'm using the Quartus Prime Version 18.1.0 lite Edition. What could possibly be the reason? (I've tried both double clicking and the "Design Template" option).
