DDR3 SDRAM Controller with UniPHY 11.0 Generation Failed

When I use the MegaWizard Plug-in Manager to generate my ddr2 sdram controller with UniPHY, there are some such error informations. What is wrong with it? and how can i settle down it? Thanks...

I have the same problem when generating Uniphy DDR2 controller with both SOPC and megawizard.

I'm running Ubuntu 10.04

Anyone????
