ddr altera_europa_support_lib.v

when i want to use the ddrii_hp_controller, but i can't find the "altera_europa_support_lib.v" in the path which is showed in the ddr_hp_controller_ug.pdf， however, i can find the "altera_europa_support_lib.vhd", but the .vhd can't be used in simulation by VCS, how can I　ｄｏ？
