Cyclone IV PCIe Hard IP - Setup (altpcie_demo.zip)

Hello,

I am trying to set up a PCI Express IP core on a Cyclone IV EP4CGX15BF14I7. I am using the Altera IP Compiler for PCI Express - User Guide. The document says to download altpcie_demo.zip from PCI Express High-Performance Reference Design. This file is no longer available. Can someone help me and tell me where to get the file, as I would like to know how to connect the PINs properly?
