CYC III DDR2 controller

Hi, I want to generate a SOPC project with CycIII and DDR2 controller It is not possible to use the Altera DDR2 controller v7.0 with CYCIII, so I want to use the altera high performance...

problem is solved:

QuartusII>options>Libraries> global libs > added DDR2 high performance lib.

but why is this and other libs not available without that entry?
