altfp_convert not avialable in ARIA 10

Hi

I am using aria 10 fpga and quartus 14.1. I need few IPs from IP catalog, but I found many IPs are not available in ARIA 10 board. altfp_convert is an IP to convert integer, fix number etc to float but I unable to use it. Need suggestion regarding this issue
