Altera Offload UDP IP - It sends out an erronous packet.

Hi,

The Altera offline UDP sends out an erronous very first-time packet every time FPGA is rebooted. The UDP packet length is 8, even the actual UDP data length is greater than zero. If it is delayed for some time, then all packets are sent correctly.

Anyone has any suggestions?
