Agilex‑7 F‑Tile Dynamic Reconfiguration Conflict Between HDMI and SDI RX

After several tests, I agree that it does not appear to be related to the dynamic reconfiguration.

I created a new version of the HDMI input that supports only one speed (6G TMDS). Basically, I removed everything related to PHY reconfiguration. This leaves only the SDI interface with its four profiles using dynamic reconfiguration. However, I still observe the same behavior: the HDMI link comes up, but the SDI link does not.

I will continue the investigation and let you know if I find anything.
