Zynq Xilinx Board

Can I simulate the Zynq Xilinx Board on ModelSim IDE? Since I can't download Vivado due to some restrictions, I need alternative simulation software to simulate the Xilinx Board.

I think you're asking the wrong FPGA company!

    Since the ModelSim is a product of Intel (correct me if I'm wrong), I thought someone in this community could tell me. If I'm asking the wrong company, thank you for your time and your reply.
