Working VHDL code for Arria10 eval board

I'm new to this forum -

I ported some working VHDL code from a Cyclone III project over to my new Arria10 Eval board. I used the "Golden top" file supplied here: https://www.altera.com/products/boards_and_kits/dev-kits/altera/kit-a10-gx-fpga.html My code compiles, but does not run. I can't even blink a LED from a counter bit.

Help!

Does anybody have a small chunk of working VHDL that runs on this eval board that I can use as a starting point??

    Can you post the code? And when you say it does not run, are you saying that programming fails or just nothing happens? More details, steps you followed, and code would help.
