wireless module for DSP stratix III

My case is:

I have MCSOP running in my stratix III DSP board .The outputs of the processing part of this system are displayed in the screen .

I need the data until a base station from where I will transfer the data to the internet.So how do I transfer (in realtime) the data until the base station from the FPGA with wireless conection ?

Is there a solution to add wireless module to my DSP board and configure with my PC in ad-hoc mode to capture this data ?
