Did you install the chipset INF for your motherboard?
What is the model/manufacturer of your motherboard/system?
Did you install the drivers provided by your motherboard/system manufacturer?
So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

as far as model/manufacturer of your motherboard/system:
baseboard manufacturer : ASUSTek computer inc.
baseboard product prime z590-p wifi
baseboard version rev 1 .xx
im not sure if microcenter installed any of that. im not real tech savvy in that sense. i paid them to get everything ready. they're an hour away and ive been there several times. they also have no phone number to call, which makes all this much harder.

But, you did not answer my questions:
Did you install the chipset INF for your motherboard?
Did you install the drivers provided by your motherboard/system manufacturer?
