Honored ContributorI'm not sure if the SONET/SDH compiler exists now, as the document you're referring to is quite old. For the latst SONET/SDH IPs :
https://www.altera.com/products/intellectual-property/ip/interface-protocols/tpw192s.html https://www.altera.com/products/intellectual-property/ip/interface-protocols/tpw48p.html The simulation models you seek may be present in these IP packages. You may need to contact your local Altera support to find out if the SONET/SDH simulation model is available.
