Trouble Programming a 10M02

Using Quartus Prime Lite 24.1

Custom Board that is a new version of an older board that worked (using Quartus Prime 18.1) and no noticeable board differences.

Exact Device PN: 10M02SCE144A7G

Using a .pof file.

Auto Detect works. JTAG Debugger says all is well.

It just won't program the device. We get a generic error message with no additional help. (I'll upload a screenshot once the tech sends it to me)

I noticed a case that said QP 20.1 had a problem with 10M02 and .pof files, but it said it would be fixed. Was it not fixed by 24.1?!?!?

We are in process of downloading Quartus Prime 18.1 which is what we used originally to program it back in 2020. Maybe it will still do the programming.

Any suggestions? Is there any way to get more info on the error in the transcript?

I'm under the gun to get this board working, but your tools aren't helping much.

    We reverted to QP 18.1 and that successfully programs the device.
