Where or how to program EPM7064LI44

I am looking for information as to where I can get an EPM7064LI44 programmed or what I need to program it myself. Keep in mind, I am in no way a programmer. This is all very new to me. I am an Avioni...

HI

I am trying to extract data from an EPM7064LC68-15 to then copy the same data on new chips as I have some in my boards that are faulty.

I am ready that these may be locked. I would not want to spend money on a programmer that cannot read a locked chip. Is there a way to bypass?
