Where can I find a reliability report for Cyclone 10 LP devices?

I did not get a response to "Do you have a standard [CNDA] form that you use?" There is usually a lot of legalese in an NDA, and I was not sure if we have a standard NDA form where I work and if the form would be acceptable to you (Intel).

I got the reliability data I needed through a different channel, so you can close this thread.

Thank you for your support, but the link you provided is not helpful because it gives me 2 options: 1. Register for Intel Premiere Support (IPS) and 2. Post in the community forum.

I registered for IPS and my application got declined. I do not know why.
