Honored Contributorthere are some VHDL files under Design Examples in the Support section:
http://www.altera.com/support/examples/vhdl/vhdl.html there are also some VHDL templates in Quartus that you can quickly synthesize and look at in RTL Viewer or simulate. check under Edit > Insert Template when you have a VHDL file open in the editor.
