What Software IDEs do I need for FPGA and Xeon development for the Xeon Scalable Processor?

Hello, what Software IDEs do I need to development FPGA and Xeon code for the Xeon Scalable Processors? Will the ModelSim-Intel simulator be sufficient? Thanks, Joe

Are you referring to C code? Modelsim does support C code but need additional license. You can use Nios for your c code.
