What license do I need to compile "10GBASE-KR PCS-PMA" system on a Stratix V Development board?

This is the warning that Quartus 12.1 gives when I try to map this system:

Warning (115005): Unlicensed IP: "10GBASE-KR PCS-PMA(6AF7 0106)".

I have a simple Quartus II SE Fixed license.

    As indicated in the warning message, you need a license for 6AF7_0106, which is Backplane Ethernet 10GBASE-KR PCS-PMA
