What is the meaning of Bus hold specifications?

I am reading the Stratix II device family datasheet but I do not understand Table 5-29 Bus Hold Specifications. What is the meaning of Bus Hold Parameters in the table?

    Bus hold means that if you put the output in tri-state (high impedance) the last value driven out will be weakly held at the output pin. So, if tri-state is disabled and the pin is driving 1 then tri-state is enabled, the pin will continue to have a weak 1 driven out.
