We have a part number 10CL006YU256C6G. We are haveing trouble finding a package drawing. We see that it is a uBGA with 256 pins. 14mm x 14mm, 0.8mm pitch. Can you provide a link to the package drawing?

We need the pin orientation for the footprint and also the list of each pin type for each pin number. Do you have a link that contains this information?
