We converted the *.sof file to *. rbf using Quartus for Cyclone 10 . The converted rbf file is quite huge ~ 360KB .. is there any way to make this file smaller ? as in previous project using Cyclone 1 , the rbf size is ~ 120KB only

    Have you tried compression for your design?
