Waveshare V2 USB Blaster is fully compatible to original Altera and Terasic Blaster. Your screenshots suggest that a different driver "Altera WinUSB" has been installed instead of the original driver which is most likely causing the problems. I'd try to remove all drivers associated with USB Blaster and reinstall the recent USB Blaster driver shipped with Quartus.

1 year agoHello and thank you for the recommendation! The problem was fully solved only after fully reinstalling quartus lite, along with a driver re installation. No other problems were observed after this.
