Video and image Processing(VIP) suite Megacore

I have found this ip CORE ON THE HOMEPAGE FROM ALTERA,i would like to know if it is free or not free(how much it cost?). And can use this core for fusing a image of to video sensor? thanks

Thank you for the Answer peet, i would like to realize a Image Fusion of 2 Video Sensors with the DE2-70 Board from Terasic, have you any Ideas about this board (video sensors: 700X500 Pixel X25Hz )Monitor(800x600x60Hz)
