Using CPLD to convert RMII(MAC) to MII(toward PHY)

Hi,

In my new design I need to convert RMII coming from MAC to MII (PHY).

I thought to use MAXII CPLD for that (I alread have in board).

Any idea how to do that?

It should be conversion of data rate but what about clock deviation that can be according to standard +/-100ppm?
