USB Blaster problem

Hello, I have a chip USB Blaster Rev C. When I program CPLD EPM7064SLC44-10 with Quartus II sp2 12.0 programmer, the process bar goes to 100% and then it shows "Failed". How can I fix this erro...

I'd recommend buying a Terasic USB-Blaster for $50. I've not had any problem with them.
