Honored Contributor --- Quote Start --- The drivers you need are in the quartus/drivers directory of a full Quartus install or a programmer install. If you are having problems I suggest getting things to look right in the device manager first, then plug in a board and use jtagconfig / programmer window to get that working. --- Quote End --- I think Altera does not support this for windows 8.1 because I have tried making all the updates on windows to allow the usb blaster to work but still no luck
