Urgently need the FPGA Safety Manuals

I am not able to find a manual for FPGA Safety (989_10M08SAU169A7G). Also, I urgently need FMEDA’s of FPGA for the project.

    Hello,


    I'm sorry for the delay. For your information, MAX10 devices are supported by our IFSDP (industrial) and AFSDP (automotive) and an FMEDA of the device is available in each of the packages.
