Generally, we are not helping customer to fill in the information based on customer request format if those require information can be obtain from our website. However we can provide the related material document to them.
For your information, all Max V device family in the listed in the excel sheet are still active and available. Anyhow, the life cycle is depending on its order volume.
You can subscribe to our customer notification mailing list at below link so that you can be notified when an Altera(now Intel) device is going to be discontinued.
For devices other than Intel FPGA, please post a different case and channel them to their product specification accordingly.
